We particularly appreciated the time Robin spent with us initially; giving advice R.E. Renting out/Selling, then he visited again later when we were ready to sell. It all felt very friendly & very much a team effort. P.S. Just wanted to add that Ruth seemed to empathise with our feelings and those of the other parties involved. It made a big difference to me to deal with someone who wasn't just doing her job but who really cared.
