Tenants

Please be aware your tenancy may be subject to any of the following:

Holding Deposit (to reserve a property) - The equivalent 1 week's rent per property

This deposit will be returned within 7 days of the tenant(s) entering into a tenancy agreement or offset against the first months rent or the property deposit. Should the tenant(s) provide false or misleading information, fail a Right To Rent check, withdraw from agreement to rent the property or fails to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement the deposit will be retained by Robin King Estate Agents to cover all costs incurred.

Deposit

The equivalent of 5 weeks of the normal rent.

Requests for changes to the tenancy agreement by the tenant

£50.00 contract amendment fee.

Late Payment Charge

Limited to interest charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate.

Replacement of lost keys/security device

Equivalent to the cost incurred.

Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant

The cost that the landlord would incur for remarketing.

Rent

1 month’s rent, in advance. If the tenant(s) has a pet, the landlord may charge a higher rent than that advertised by prior agreement with the tenant(s) and as part of the tenancy agreement.
