Upon completing his Real Estate Management degree at Oxford Brookes University, James joined the family business. His exceptional knowledge and industry experience ensure he delivers superb advice and accurate property valuations. James' friendly, approachable manner and professionalism provide clients with confidence and assurance. Outside of work, he enjoys boxing, fitness, and socialising with friends.
Premium Home Specialist
Ruth has worked enthusiastically for the company for over 20 years. She now manages our unique Premium Home department. In addition, Ruth is the head of our House Doctor team, helping vendors to present their homes to achieve the best price. Her unparalleled client-based approach and great attention to detail ensures smooth progression of sales through to completion. When she's not delivering exceptional customer service, Ruth enjoys renovating property, gardening and socialising with family and friends.
Finance Manager & P.A. to Mr Robin King
Nikki joined us over eight years ago. With her extensive knowledge as a financial controller, Nikki has been a key senior member of the team developing, controlling, and overseeing the financial aspects of the business. Her role extends to working closely alongside our Managing Director, Robin King as his Personal Assistant.; helping him to keep a close eye of the success of the business, always providing sound and considered advice when consulted. Nikki has always lived locally, and enjoys travel, socialising with friends and spending time with her family.
Administration Manager
Robin King was delighted to welcome Chloe to the company in July 2023 as Branch Administrator. With a 2:1 degree in Business Management from Oxford Brookes University and over 2 years of Estate Agency experience, specialising in Sales Progression, Chloe is a real asset to the Team ensuring day-to-day smooth running of the office. Chloe grew up locally, and now lives in Worle with her partner and 2 dogs. She enjoys travelling, Dog Agility and is a keen swimmer and qualified swimming instructor.
Valuer
Mike, a first-class graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2020, has been in estate agency since. With experience in Cheshire and Bristol, he excels in marketing, negotiation, sales progression, and property valuation. As a qualified ski instructor, he prioritizes excellent customer service. Outside work, he stays active at the gym and enjoys playing football and golf.
Finance Administrator
Carrie is a seasoned Financial Administrator with a wealth of experience in finance. Her keen attention to detail and strategic financial acumen make her an invaluable asset to the team. Outside of the office, Carrie is often seen walking her three beloved dogs or hitting the pavement for a run. Her other passion lies in family, as she cherishes spending quality time with her seventeen grandchildren, enriching her life with their boundless energy and laughter.
Property Specialist
Joining Robin King in February 2019 as a weekend receptionist, Alex is a first class team member experienced in both sales and lettings. She has a strong customer service background in lettings and property maintenance. Alex has exemplary administrative and organisational skills, along with a highly proactive, caring, client-centred approach. Alex lives locally and has an extensive knowledge of the area. When not working, Alex enjoys fun times with family and friends, keeping fit and baking. She has made several fantastic wedding cakes for friends.
Rental Property Manager
Robin King was delighted to welcome Vicky to the company in January 2020, as the head of the lettings team. After working for an independent agency in Bristol for many years, she has extensive experience in all aspect of lettings and property management. Vicky has lived locally for most of her life so has a vast knowledge and understanding of the area. She delivers a superb level of service and her property management is second to none. Outside of work, Vicky enjoys travelling, spending time with her partner, cockapoo puppy, friends and family.
Assistant Property Manager
With a strong background in lettings and property management, Josh brings invaluable expertise to his role as Assistant Property Manager. His passion for ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction is evident in his diligent approach to every task. Outside of work, Josh finds joy in sports, particularly rugby and football, where his competitive spirit and team mentality shine through.
Receptionist & Viewing Representative
We are delighted to welcome Bryony to the Robin King team. Bryony has lived in North Somerset all her life and has experience working in customer facing sales roles so is skilled in providing an efficient, caring, friendly and attentive service. Outside of her Robin King commitments Bryony enjoys spending time with her friends and family including her young daughter.
